Tom Ford opens the doors of its Suiting Salon to its clients in Delhi and invites them to experience made-to-measure services at its flagship store at DLF Emporio. It is not a bespoke service from the ground up; instead the onsite tailor works with four different bases. The client’s measurements are taken, the appropriate base is identified, and then it is modified to fit the measurements of the client. This is then sent to their factory where the suit is created. When it comes back, the customer tries it at the sample room, where any alterations or amendments can be made to ensure a perfect fit.
