I have long hair and it’s not fun to take care of. Not only do I dye my hair every chance I get I also do crazy things like Japanese straightening and excessive heat styling which leaves my hair really dry and far from shiny. I heard a lot of great things about Moroccanoil from other fashionistas but never had a chance to try it till about a few weeks ago. The samples arrived and my love affair with Moroccanoil began!
The shampoo and conditioner are gentle which is great for colored hair but still leaves your hair clean and refreshed. My hair has seriously never been softer or shiner. I also received the deep conditioning mask which I think is great to use once a week to restore moisture it is a little too oily for my taste but it’s great for at-home spa days when you can wash your hair again the next morning. In India we use hair oils to help grow our hair, but it’s not very feasible for me to do the hot oil oil treatments a few times a week especially when I have a million meetings to attend. So Moroccanoil gives me the benefits of the oil treatment with the convenience of infusing it into a simple shampoo and conditioning regimen.
My favorite product by Moroccanoil is the Glimmer Shine Spray. After washing and blow dying your hair you just spritz a few sprays on your strands for ultra shiny effect.
