Summer is coming to a close and I have to say it was quite an interesting one. The highlight of my summer had to be my trip to Las Vegas with two of my gorgeous gal pals, Ashley and Nicole. We stayed at  The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a fantasia of all things glamourous, from top to bottom and every detail in between the Cosmopolitan is unsurpassed.

DAY 1: Thursday

We landed in the afternoon on Thursday and from the moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted with the out-most hospitality from the hotel staff and the beautiful LED columns that filled the lobby which displayed unique visual art form the hottest  graphic designers.

Our Living Room

Our View

Our room was spectacular, decorated LA style with clean lines and old Hollywood touches. One of my favorite features of the room were the wallpapers that lined the closets which were fashionable black and white prints of various fashion icons, so chic! We had an amazing balcony with the most incredible view of the strip and we faced The Bellagio and were able to enjoy the awesome fountain dances, every 15 minutes.

On our first night the Hotel sent us a bottle of fine champagne and it was a great start to an unforgettable trip. On our first night we headed to Comme Ca for a modern twist on fine French cuisine. The restaurant faces the strip and has floor to ceiling windows which offered gorgeous views.

Dinner At Comme Ca

After dinner, we headed to TAO, (we skipped the mile long line of course) one of the hottest clubs on the strip and after a few shots of Cafe Patron (my signature!) we had the time of our lives and even ran into Bruno Mars who was partying next to our table. TAO really stands up to the hype and is complete with larger than life Buddha statues (just like in NYC) and of course bombshells bathing in bathtubs that surround the dance floor.

Day 2: Friday

The next day, We had Brunch at the Mexican/Chinese fusion bistro China Pablano. I happen to love love love Mexican food so honestly thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous fair down to the exotic cocktails. The decor was very Kitsch mix of Mexican and Chinese influences and it was overall casual and laid-back, perfect for recovering from a late night.

China Pablano

After brunch we headed to The PALMS for a pool party, but I left early to check out the shopping scene in Vegas. I had a chance to check out the Fashion Show Mall and unfortunately didn’t even check out the shops at Caesar’s palace? (I guess I’ll just take everyone’s word for it that it’s AMAZING?) I didn’t buy much but the girls joined me later and we ended up hitting the Victoria’s Secret semi-annual sale, it doesn’t matter where in the world you are, you don’t miss THAT sale! Ever.

STK

That night we headed to the infamous STK (I die..). It’s obviously one of the hottest restaurants int he world and it was such an honor to meet Executive Chef, Stephen Hopcraft, who came out to greet us and tell us more about the delicacies we enjoyed. The food was amazing the desserts were unbelievably delicious (see pics!). If you’re looking for a sexy and very “Cosmopolitan” restaurant while in Vegas definitely check out STK, it does not disappoint.

After Dinner, we went to a concert on the roof of The Cosmopolitan we had a great time enjoying the show from the VIP lounge. The main pool of the Cosmo was drained and raised and the concert was literally preformed in the pool, which was cool. After a quick wardrobe change we headed to the Paris Hotel’s main club, Chateau which was super packed because the Kardashian’s were hosting an event for Sugar Factory so we headed back to The Cosmopolitan’s very own Marquee. We had an amazing night at Marquee which literally takes up three floors the music was incredible. The whole scene was Vegas night life at its best.

Day 3: Saturday

On our third day we went to the hottest pool party ever via Wet Republic, at MGM Grand. Honestly I don’t remember too much of it but what I do know is that we had a lot of fun! I guess Wet Republic is one of those can’t miss Vegas experiences.

Last Night In Vegas

On our last night, we hit up D.O.C.G. The Cosmo’s answer to savory Italian food and I have to say D.O.C.G. has the best pizza and tiramisu ever! So if you’re craving a savor dish you don’t want to miss this place. Everyone was talking about going to XS at The Wynn that night so of course that’s where we went. After a detour to the Craps and Roulette table we finally reached the outdoor club that definitely had a South of France kind of feel.

Day 4: Sunday

Love The Pink Chandeliers At The Cosmo

Our flight back to New York was at 4 but that didn’t stop us from hitting up one last party before we left. We ended up going to the Encore Beach Club where we lounged poolside in a luxurious cabana. It was a nice way to relax before a long flight.

Overall, our trip to Las Vegas was FABULOUS. We had such an amazing time filled with laughs and inside jokes (Persian Princes anyone?) to last a forever. I honestly do not want to go back to Las Vegas because I know that I can never top the fun I had this summer! I hope you enjoyed reading this post an visit some of the awesome places I mentioned. I will be writing a feature article for LX Report so stay tuned for a deeper look into The Cosmopolitan (don’t worry, I’ll tweet so you guys won’t miss it!).
