The French company Christian Dior was created by Christian Dior himself in 1946. 1946 was when Dior opened his first fashion house. At first the name of the line was not Christian Dior it was Corolle. At a young age Dior sold paintings like Pablo Picasso in an art gallery he opened. He has a very unique sense of design, which is why his fashion designs are very different than the normal designs you see by most other designers.
